ATK Foods, Inc. guarantees that every product you purchase is of the highest quality and is as described on this website or we will promptly issue a credit or replacement. This guarantee is void if the address provided is incomplete or incorrect. ATK Foods, Inc. must be notified via the company's toll-free telephone line 1-800-233-9629 (not by email) within two (2) business days after receipt of order. We reserve the right to fully investigate or refuse claims that we believe may be unfounded or fraudulent.

Shipping Policy
All of our products are rushed to you via UPS. Shipping is added to your order at Checkout. This premium shipping is essential to preserve the delicate flavor balance and quality we have so painstakingly created for you.

To further insure optimum flavor, each order is hand selected and individually packed. Your order is then packed in dry ice in an insulated cooler, and finally placed in its corrugated shipping container. You will receive a confirmation of your order sent to the email address you have provided.

All orders require a valid street address (sorry, no Post Office Boxes). Damage due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses voids our guarantee. Please make sure to double check ALL addresses.
